Lately my ebrake has gotten pretty weak... Idk if it is the cable or my brakes but I dont think it is the brakes.

I'd guess that if you have to pull it up alot higher than usually just to get decent braking power that might mean somthing is up with the cable but not the brakes themselves.

There is a little "star" adjusting screw inside the rear drums. Here is a write-up on how to adjust it.
