e brake problems

i got a 91 s13 hatch e brake works for parking but not anythin else...
why does my e brake suck wen pulll it..??
is it cuz its stock..??
caan it be tightened..?? pros/cons..???

Pull up the E-Brake look under the cover and you will see a 10mm bolt tighten that but don't tighten to much you should try it out ever few turns to see if it gets tighter.

It can be tighten,
Change your rear brake pads, and when you rip your ebrake, RIP IT. You have to pull it hard to engage, this will cause the back tires to lock up.
Its not like a honda where you can just barely yank on the ebrake and it will lock up.
