e brake problem

95 s14. seems like the ebrake will lock up fine but wont release all the way so when i drive i can hear the pads rub against the rotor. could the lines be going bad? my calipers look fine so i really doubt its that.

perhaps loosen up your ebrake then? i.e. via the nut & bolt you can see when you lift up the ebrake & look thru the hole below the handle.
