E-brake ON Q45

Hey,

Anyone know how to ajust the e-brake on a 91 Q, just checked all my brake pads and there all still at 80-90%. But the ebrake dont wotk that great. but it works a bit. so im wondering if i can just tighten it up?

You have to pull off the rear wheels and remove the rubber plug in the face of the rotor cap. Under there is a little wheel you need to turn to move the pads out. The ebrake pads are in the drum, not the same as the disc pads.

My technician tightend them until they locked, then backed off seven clicks.

There is also a cable adjust under the car... before it "y's" off to both rear wheels. That's where I adjusted mine...
