My brake light stay on constantly ive checked to see if it was the e-brake, i dissconected the wires on the e-brake and it still didnt go off. So i checked my brake fluid and i got plenty of brake fluid(last time my brake light was on it was the brake fluid). Now Im totally lost on what it could be.

Do you still have the auto seatbelts? If you removed them unplug and remove the computer. If you have done none of the above then I dont know.

do either of you have ABS? If so, it could be an ABS issue. Have the brakes been acting up, C1rca? Hard to depress the brake pedal? If so, check to make sure that the vac hose to the brake booster isn't disconnected. The only other thing I can think of is that the e brake switch is stuck in the depressed position. Pull the center console and watch the switch as you engage and disengage the switch.
