E-brake install

recently i bought an aftermarket e-brake handel and boot,now i need to know how to take off the stock one..

The stock "boot" is a sleeve that is held on to the handle by some adhesive. You just gotta slide it out. Given the age of our rides, the glue should be pretty weak.

Those aftermarket universal handles and boots are generally ADDED on to the existing set-up. i.e. handle is just double stick taped on, and technically speaking we don't even have a boot, so you just add that on too. Can't say for sure since we don't know what exact part you got.
