E Brake Handle Help!

Question for you guys. I've become increasingly interested in changing my ebrake handle to something more suiting to the whole theme of my interior. So I look and we've got this big plastic covering boot on our Ebrakes. Now - is it possible to remove, and add a boot and new handle?

I was thinking along the lines of this one



Am I just dreaming? or is having this thing possible with a boot, and keeping a clean look.
