E Brake does not work Properly

The Hand brake on my car is not that strong. I have to go all the way to the top notch and it still barely works. I adjusted the starwheel adjusters in the back drums and it feels the same. :mad:

Thanks I adjusted that nut and now it works like a dream. :biggrin:
