e-brake adjustment help needed 98 maxima

i had the rear of the car jack up one day, with the e-brake on. i find out that only one side lock up.can anybody tell where do you adjust the e-brake?

The only adjustment for the parking brake is at the lever itself and is an adjustment for both sides simultaneously. If only one side is not working, that side of the brake cable has stretched/deteriorated and needs replacing (the whole brake cable assembly).
