e brake adjusting

hey i have a 1991 s13 KA24DE 5 speed and my e brake is kinda week. i wont roll downhill with e brake up, but when i pull it when im driving the back wheel wont lock up. and i want them to lock is there a bolt, screw to adjust them?oh yea i have all disk brakes on all 4 wheels

theres a screw under the e break handle tighten it

so there is no need to jack the car up?

just the 10mm one on the handle right?

you can do that or there is an adjuster under the car kinda by the differential also check your rear brake pads.
