E-bay H3 HID conversion kit?

Are the hid conversion kits found on e-bay any good or are they crappy. I am going to upgrade my fogs to HIDs found them on e-bay for cheap but I'm questioning the quality anyone using one of these kits? Also anyone know what color temp my headlights are I've got a 2k2 with factory HIDs I want to try and match the fogs to the headlights.

got mine for like $90 off ebay and been a year no problems so far

I have seen them as low as $24 shipped for like $80 seems like a lot for shipping. Where was yours made cuz I have heard that they usually ship from china. Also I heard the Chinese versions are crappy, they say the ones made in Tiawan are better. What does everyone think about that. I did see one made in Germany that looked good with a decent price of $90 with $49 for shipping.

the kit i bought came from chine and yes it looked like crap and didn't expect to last this long luck i guess, and yes it looked like crap and smelled like crap it was supposed to be 12000k purple but was purple only for 2 weeks after that it was blue but nothing happen after that, and most the Germany crap is from china too look at the item's location, there one kit thats cheap and is good its a 3 letter word starts with E forgot what it was and i bought a kit for my dads car for $200 off eBay and that thing was off the hook, you get what you pay for and if you are lucky it will last, right now i'm looking for a 30000k kit but not going to bea cheap one good luck

p.s. look for the philips kits thye are the best by far
