Front or rear?
If rear, pull the wheel and pull the drum. (the drum should come off with some wiggling by hand - don't set the parking brake). The area around the shoes can fill with dust and mud and cause a squeak. Compressed air can blow it out, or use some brake parts cleaner and just clean everything in there.
If it's the front, are your pads worn so the squeakers are hitting the rotor? If the pads are good, pull your calipers and get some anti-squeal lube at the parts store for a couple bucks and put it on the back of the pads. If you're unfamiliar with this, your parts store guy should be able to tell you how to apply it.
If pads/shoes are worn down, it's time for replacement.
