or what ever its called for the iphone and ipod touch (i hate mac btw), used it for the first time on my friends ipod touch tonight... its not bad but the thing i really hated about it is that we had to turn the sensitivity level all the way down so i could build up the RPMs before launching.... then with my cut-out open i couldnt build up the RPMs or my 1/4 mile time would start when id build up the RPMs (i guess too much noise and vibration ). soooo with my cut-out open and a horribly crappy launch and my friend in the car with me, billion pound back pack, laptop bag with hella s*** in it, spare tire and car jack, i pulled off a 14.7 in the 1/4 mile according to that..... funny thing is, cars running open headers have less torque and shouldnt pull as hard but with the cut-out closed i pulled 3g's and with the cut-out open i pulled 9g's soooo thats a pretty good amount more pull. from what ive learned messing around with my 3.5se CVT altima coupe is that the more free flowing the exhaust is, the faster it is all around, through pretty much all RPMs (except the really low RPMs lol). so the 3.5se with some headers and no muffler (just running straight piped) would be insane.

Well that's fun to play with but I really wouldn't put too much confidence in it. The quarter mile time is probably close to accurate since you can see when it starts and stops, but as for the torque estimates I wouldn't say your cutout triples your torque (3->9) by any stretch of the imagination.

it is pretty accurate, i have it and have been pleased by its results. i have posted up other threads pictures of it. i honestly think it is worth the 13 dollars, once you callibrate it and get it up to date, its pretty much dead on.

Im waiting til the new software update comes out before i jailbreak it. The new update could damage the phone if its jailbroken. Not sure if that is factual or not.

Care to share the stats you programed into it, like the estimated drivetrain loss and other things...

Just jailbroke my touch today and I added every dyno app avaliable to my touch. Of course it cost me nothing cause of some help from my pal appulous and all his cracked apps.
