Hey guys, I just wanted to post my dyno results to see what anyone had to say about it... I dynoed at Z1 motorsports at a Z-car meet. It was pretty funny to see all the 300zx guys who are all so informed on the vg30dett, yet know nothing about RBs lol. Anyways, i put down 201 rwhp and 179 tq. I was pretty happy, i was expecting 180-190 ish whp. My car is stock w/ 3 in test pipe and exhaust. btw, haters aren't welcome.

That is pretty good. Was it on a dynojet or Mustang? Mustang takes into account loads and aerodynamic factors so they tend to have lower yet more accurate hp and torque numbers. Either way that is still pretty good.~ANDREW~

actually i have NO idea, they just moved into the facility like 2-3 weeks ago, maybe i can find out on their website, i'll let you know. yea, this was done on 93 octane.

EDIT: Dynojet, so does that mean the reading's a little high? so more like the 180-190 i expected?

Well yeah that will probably be about right. I think Carl H ran like 220 something on a dynojet and when he dynoed on the mustang dyno at P1 which takes this factory drag coefficient or some crap in to play giving resistence to the rollers at certain speeds and he dynoed about 185 whp. He will have to post those dyno charts and/or numbers but I believe they were somewhere in that neighborhood.~ANDREW~

Good numbers for a stocker man, all you need now is alcohol and more boost.
