So I finally got to the dyno. I went to add the UpRev to my M at Spcialty Z, but after checking the computer, the guy did not have it in stock, so he had to order it. It will take two weeks to get it back and then back on the dyno. Since I was at the shop already, we decided to dyno the car and see what the "base" is. The following are the numbers and the sound clips...

Sound clip: Sorry about the quality, this was my cell phone. Next time i am taking the camera. But man, the M sounded mean on the dyno with the Injen and the Stillen...

Horsepower and Torque:Well, as you can see, the M35 with Injen and Stillen puts out 226.40 HP and 215.26 Ft Lbs Torque. I wish i did a dyno stock, that way I would know the base numbers and see if this setup does anything at all.

Lean Curve:To everyone's surprise, even with the Injen intake, the lean curve is not that bad at all, if any. Based on this, the UpRev mod may not add much HP/Torque, if any. It will however change the idle response, the biggest bug with the M's...

When I go back to add the UpRev, I will take the stock Intake and see how the numbers change. Then we'll see how the UpRev changes the numbers, but again, I don't expect much HP/Torque from the UpRev after seeing the lean curve...

Has anyone dynoed a stock M35? If so, can we get some posts of the results?

Good deal man. Hopefully the UpRev tuning will net you some bigger numbers. What exactly did you mean by they had to "order it"? They are not replacing the entire ECU are they? I assume you mean they had to order your car's ECU ROM programming.Hope to see some big improvements to come!

I thought Ken in AZ was having his M45 tuned by UpRev.Whatever happened with that? He should have already had it done by now......

No, they had to order the computer code, they did not have it in their system for our M's.
