Just got back from the dyno. It was dyno day at the local speed shop they had 3 pulls with wideband for $35. There was 5 or 6 srt4 neons there and a few evo's I was the only 240. Heres my set up96' se stock motor 170,000 miles turbonetics t3/t04e 50 trim .48 a/rjgs kit550cc DWJWT ecu-obd2z32 mafraptor bovbig fmichallman boost controller3" sr DP2.5" hks catback3" test pipeegr block off

first and second run @ 7psi 220hp 236tqthird run @ 9psi 237hp 250tqI thought that was quite respectable.

Yah those are solid numbers.

I wonder if the 2.5" catback is choking the engine a bit. You should see about 10hp/psi increase on a turbo like that.

The 2.5" is definitely holding the turbo back, turbos don't like backpressure.

That torque curve is what makes a ka-t legendary.

little low for a T3/T04e. My buddies T25/KA made 215 and 254 tq on 7 psi.

Although 7 psi is far from the efficiency range of that turbo. Up the boost and tune that biotch. Your A/F are going to end up fouling those plugs. Thats super rich. Id say with that A/F 12-14 PSI would be fine.

I'm going to turn the boost up to 10-11 psi and see what that does for the arf's.
