Got down there around 9am today and put the sand rail on the dyno. They hooked everything up and it turns out it was only running on 4 cylinders. Swapped 2 injectors that weren't firing and it was running on 5 cylinders. Messed around with PTU wiring and got the 6th cylinder firing. The thing sounded better than its ever sounded before (go figure). The guys at Specialty Z were great with dealing with all my issues. They told me what was wrong and let me work on it myself to try to save some cash. Big thanks to Greg, Sebastian, and all the other guys down there. Ended up with 203hp, 194 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels. I'm happy with that for now. I have to cut out the PTU subharness and solder the wires together as that seems to be an issue with keeping all 6 firing. Shouldn't take me more than an hour or so tomorrow. First run on all 6 was around 170hp, so I gained 30hp in the tune, plus whatever the power difference is between 4 and 6 cylinders. I'm assuming around 100 horsepower gained today.
