i may have been able to get 10-15 more hp by way of a boost controller. the boost would spike to 14.7 psi at 4000RPM and drop to about 8 psi by redline. if i could get it to hold 14 or so PSI across the board she would be loads faster. this is the stock turbo

as you can see, between the 1st runs and the last runs, i was able to make my powerband come on about 600RPM sooner. my current curve is the one in blue. SAFC didn't help me much in tuning, its kind of a rough guestimate at best.

Thanks for posting your dyno stats, man. Kinda give the rest of the guys and girls a realistic view how things would perform stock and then how they would be if they were slightly modified, to decently modified. That little T25 is on boost really fast at about 2200rpm and that makes good for an everyday fun car. Glad you didn't blow your engine and keep up the good work. I just love success stories!

no MBC or anything. no boost control at all. it usually doesn't make 1bar on the street. usually all i get it .8 bar and a slow fall to .65-ish. on the dyno it was a full 1 bar spike and a faily quick fall to .65.

it will definatly help if you can get about 2 hours of dyno/wideband time to tune it.

T28 goes on as soon as i gather up a few other parts. namley 3" dump tube, 550 injectors and Taka oil/coolant lines. then i'm all set to go. I have an SSAuto manifold, Z32 MAF and of course the T28 turbo. i can't wait and hope to get around 280-300WHP.

Anyone willing to guess what a SR T25 would add to that?

i've seen CA's with SR T25's do 220WHP at 13psi on stock intercooler. i'd say your around there or a little more with the ARC sidemount.

Damn. I have that much power? I need to get to a dyno and see. My goal was just 200rwhp for stage 1.

You'll make more power if you can get those A/F ratio curves straightened out. You're all over the place with them. You really shouldn't need to run any richer than around 12:1. Other than that it looked great. That almost looks like a N/A dyno! Quickly spooling turbo's will do that...
