Yeah lets see that torque ## and a graph if you got it.

Florida240sx, I'm curious, why dont you just have 1-2 240's and use the money from selling one for a motor. And why not an RB, they are different and probably twice as easy to swap in than a friggin VG...just my opinion, waay off topic.

Yikes.... do you really have to remove all of that to get the VG in there? Things I don't see:

master cylinder/boosterslave cylinderACwiper fluid reservoirfuse/relay boxwipers/pump/motor

.... but then I see a carbon canister.... so what gives? Keep the emissions, but ditch the brakes?

He mounted the brake booster under the dash I believe. My buddy Nick actually helped that guy with info, and he's doing his own VG in an s14 as a race car

I'm not calling you a lier or anything but i thought the RB26 put out around 280 whp, I dynoed my rb25(pretty much stock) and i put down 250whp!!....If i knew the rb26 would produce 75 more whp I would of payed the extra money for it!!!!

280hp is factory average. With air filter and exhaust a gtr engine should be around 340hp. They are heavily restricted from the factory. Those #'s sound right on to me. Behold the power of a rb26!

the RB26 puts 280 at all 4 wheels, at the fly wheel its some where around 360. thats what i was told. it makes sence cause it has to turn 2 differantails insted of one

His numbers are feasible. There are several major differences between the RB25 and RB26 which allow the latter to produce such a significant difference in power.

Here's the infamous dyno of each generation RB26 tuned on 98-octane premium gas (in Australia) with just exhaust and Power FC.

You must have insane patience...if mine would have taken more than a few months I would have been going nuts. What's taking so long on it? Just curious.

I've put it on the backburner for about a year now. Going through school and job turnover is the only thing keeping me from finishing it.. lack of money.... =/ It's ready to be dropped but I still have a parts list: intercooler, MAF's + mounts, LSD, 5 lug, paint job.. I'm trying to do it all at once. :P

This is definatelly the cleanest swap I've seen...this is a quote from the onwer who took it to the dyno..."Finally got around to dyno'ing the beast today. The shop I made the pulls at (Modern Speed Labs) didn't have a printer on the computer so I haven't gotten a copy of the runs yet but I'm working on it. I know this thread is kinda worthless without graphs . Anyways, straight off the street on 15psi and pump gas it pulled 458hp and 42Xtq. Played with the mbc a little and got it bumped up to 22psi with some C16 and made 519hp and 48Xtq. These numbers might be off a little because I am going off of memory which isn't the best anymore . I'll get the sheets up soon hopefully.

BTW this is a bone stock (internally) VG30dett motor and a unchipped stock z32 computer with an SAFC and 555's. "

I've had mine on the Dyno. It is stock except for HKS dumps, and Power FC. All I did was turn up the boost to 14.5.
