Dynamic Electronic Stability Control Stanalone Systems?

ok so does anyone know of anybody/company selling a Full Dynamic electronic stability control stanalone system.

comparible to the new BMW X5 Idrive systems but programable to any car? something the actively senses oversteer and understeer and uses the ABS to correct for it

im going to need one for my rx7 once i get the 406 sbc in it

i need some kind of torqe steer prevention and autocross tracking stablility

i also want to try and program it to initiate a drift with the system for my s12 and s13

i googled stablity control ,esc, desc

nothing but news on new cars with stock systems
