I just took a ride in my roommates 98 getta diesel and I couldn't hear a thing. This car has no after market sound deadening material and is retailed for like 10 grand in it's day and I feel like my G is 10 times as loud. Has anyone else noticed this?

Long story short, I have 100 square feet of Fatmat coming and need to know where to stick it. I plan on the truck and door panels but are their any other key places to target?

If you're worried about engine noise, you'll want to rip the carpet out and line your floor pan, as well as get under the dash as much as you can.

Aside from that, you basically have it covered with the trunk and doors.
