Has anyone added a video converter to the factory navigation system on the Q45. I have a 2002 and have been looking at various systems. I have seen conversions being done on other Infinitis but havent seen one done on this model/year yet. Any experiences? Ultimately I want to add DVD and a Digital Tuner.

I've been looking at this one:http://cgi.ebay.com/AV-Electro...l1116

Any thoughts?

Picture quality will suck and cause the screen to burn out prematurely. The OEM display isn't designed for graphic intense/rich color display. You're better off pulling out the OEM cassette player and installing a flip out DVD monitor in its place.

Hmmm might be able to attenuate the RGB signals. Do you have any data to support that? Seems like there are quite a few convertors for this application. And they have been on the market for a few years.

Other members have done this before and have reported likewise...
