DVD monitors in the factory headrest

Has anyone installed monitors in the factory headrest opposed to buying after-market headrest? I have the dash monitor only. When I install the headrest monitors, does it work just like the dash monitor? In other words, do I have to be parked to watch the rears without the DVD/Nav hack?Thanks!!!

Dynamo, I don't think you're going to get a response because you haven't provided us any detail how you plan to install them....

If you're having a shop perform the install then I'm pretty sure they can make anything work given $. Good luck.

My bad...First of all, I guess we'll start with has anyone installed monitors in their existing headrest? As far as how the monitors work once installed, I'm just wondering what the options are for how the back monitors will work. Does factory rear drop down monitors work while driving and the dash one doesn't? Or do I have to install the dvd/nav hack?thanks!
