DVD hack w/o cutting wires?

I purchase a 2007 M35x, and want my kids/wife to be able to watch movies in the passenger seat while I drive.

I know the Caddies have a prcedure where you hit a bunch of buttons, honk the horn, and turn your shirt around backwards.

Does this car offer this type of procedure, or do I have to cut wires.

You have to cut wires, but it really isn't that bad. A pair of wire cutters, a 3 way switch, some electrical tape, screwdriver, and 30min of time is all you need.
