Hey guys, I am looking at body kits for a 2006 G35 Coupe... are the Duraflex kits worth the money or are they rigid and going to crack and get destroyed? I currently have an INGS+1 LX Sport kit on my M35 and I don't want to spend that kind of cash on my daily driver.

Any other ideas for reasonably priced durable body kits?

DURAFLEX are junk.... not worth it.

I work at a collision center and customized my infiniti g35 using a fiberglass body kit and duraflex f1 fenders with vents in the side. when I was fitting and mocking the parts up, i had all the body work completed and gaps set. I took the fiberflex fenders off while I got car ready for paint. I refitted fenders and notticed the fenders had contorted/moved. the fenders curled up just sitting around in the shop. I had to put fenders in the sun and you could watch the fenders spring back to the original shape. That will piss a bodyman off quick!!!

At the end of the job the fit was abouve average but getting them to fit that good was not worth my time...nor is a fiberglass body kit. save yourself the trouble and if you must find the poly urethane (rubber) body kits. they seam to fit better.

Haven't been here in a long time so just adding my two cents....I have a duraflex front bumper and it's worked out for me...unfortunately I hit a parking block or something and the bumper got crumpled at the center bottom. didn't help that it was attached to an aluminum undershroud...so i took off the shroud and was left with a funky looking bumper...then a couple days later it was back to its original shape
