Overall durability of the m37 and power steering fluid?

Hello, I have an 06 M35x, and want to purchase an m37x.

Is the m37x as durable as my m35x was? I had nothing go wrong except the cam shaft sensor.

Also I did a test drive on an M37x, and while the engine was running I opened the hood and towards the front left, I saw a fluid I think it was power steering, but it was shaking around alot, is that normal?

Yes, I believe that is PS fluid. Shouldn't be shaking...might need to have the canister re-bolted or tightened?

As for durability, yes, they are very good cars. My M56x has been only slightly more problematic than my M35x.
