ok soooo i fixed all the little problems, now theres a big one. cyl 1 isnt firing due to the plug being soaked in fuel and its blowing a ton of white smoke. sooo i get my friend to come over and smell the exhaust for me so i can stop looking like a re re running from revin my car back to smell it and i quote, " your exhaust smells of 93 octane and i love it". lol welll if i was running turbo i wouldnt have a problem but im not soooo besides the maf, which is what i think the problem is, what else would make this happen?

Obviously the plug isn't firing, so it could be wires, distributor cap, ignitor, or coilpacks depending on what engine you got.

owls...give your own original advise sire..or dont post at all..its just wasted space..thanks.

dude..for your no spark issue..lets narrow that down..

remove the spark plug and reconnect it to the wire...and hold that plug and wire to your frame..anywhere it can ground...have a buddy crank the car over..if you get spark..you know you have a fuel injector issue..

now that we have ruled out spark..lets check the injectors..

if your running the stock rail...(Side fed) just pop off the mounting bolts...aim it to the sky!...turn the car on and let the pump prime..(if fuel is comin out of that injector..then you know its bad)..if no fuel is blowin out[duering the prime] then crank the car over...watch the spray pattern..if it all looks normal to you { you would see abnormal easly} then its not your fuel injectors....

if its non of the obove..then you need to test each sensor you have...and change the o2 sensors ..you should do that every 30k anyways..

hope this helps..good luck
