Dumb Question: What Does Blade Chatter Sound Like?

When I am just eeking along in 4th or 5th around 2k (hey, gas ain't cheap so I drive like grandma for a reason!) and I let off, there is a whistle, but that is all (no BOV, but no exhaust either) When I get on it and hit boost and I let off, there is this rattle noise. Not a bearing noise or anything, but I jsut wanna be sure I am hearing turbo chatter. Kinda sounds like metallic rattle, almost like something is loose (but isn't)

What kind of setup are you running? It could possibly be a loose connection somewhere in the exhaust?

Well, not so far from the truth. The guy that I just quoted works at O'Reilly and has a 01 Si w/ Konig "tuner" wheels and a fart can. Good guy though.
