I know this is a pretty basic question, but my searching has come up empty. I'm putting an R200V lsd from a 1990 non turbo 300zx in my S14 and I know that I had to change the flanges to match up with my 6-bolt pattern half shafts on my car. BUT...I need my car ready by next wednesday (DG Trials 4) and the 240sx lsd flanges that I need are back ordered across the country. I was able to successfully have one of my open diff flanges modified, so I was able to use one of my half shafts. I had to use the 5-bolt flange on the other side, but the 300zx shaft that I tried to use was about an inch and a half too long. A couple of my friends have similar setups on their S13s with a 300zx shaft on one side (right/passenger side) and their stock 240sx shaft on the other, but since they bought their half shafts a couple years ago, they don't remember what side of the car the shorter one came off of. So, my question is...

Which of the two 300zx half shafts are shorter? If someone could provide me with a part number as well, that would be greatly appreciated. I found a company that has them in stock so I can have it overnighted.

Thanks in advance,

joe
