dumb ? probably but need the help

Im new too the 240 scene and so far every site ive found with parts I cannot find a turbo kit for the ka. They all have them for the s14. Are these engines the same? I know this probably makes me look retarted but thats why I joined this too try and learn more and get help. Also does anyone know of a site that has a good kit for the s-13 ka? all help is appreciated. thanks for your time.

There are a few complete kits out for the KA, and if you're interested in buying a whole kit check out IAP's - http://www.import-autoperforma....html

Another way to do it is piece your kit together by buying everything individually. You can save a good bit of money this way, but people often try to do it on a budget and buy cheap parts resulting in a cheap kit. You shouldn't just go into it blindly, like I said, SEARCH (especially the KA-T forum, and check out http://www.ka-t.org) and then after understanding more about turbos and everything involved pick the right kit for yourself.

Alright thanks alot man. That helps me out. I wasnt gonna jump into it right away. I like too plan ahead so i was just looking for a kit too get an estimate on a price range im looking at. That website is what i am looking for so thanks again. Do you have experience with them? J/w

I don't personally have any experience with them, but there are people on NICO who have. Florida240sx is one of them. IAP even gives discounts to NICO members.
