dumb newb questions - sorry

To clarify my earlier post a little:

I'm currently looking to buy a Murano, and have found the following available locally:

2005 SL AWD2006 S AWD

Assuming similar price, what are the pros/cons?

What do I get *standard* on an 05 SL compared to an 06 S?06 has a minor facelift (front grill, tail-lights) - anything else?

Do they both have the same transmision options (D/S verses +/- ?)Do they have the same ride? (do either have firmed up suspension?)

The 06-S actually has about 8k miles, compared to 23k on the 05-SL.So is there anything about an SL that makes it worth me buying a year older car with higher miles?
