I'll be replacing my stock injectors with 370s when I go turbo in a couple weeks.

So, question.

The stock SR20DE fuel system is a 3-bar setup, right?

This may be completely off, is the physical size of injectors based on the bar too? Like are all 3 bar injectors, regardless of manufacturer (aftermarket or OEM) the same physical size?

I know Nissan 370s are the same size as my stock Nissan injectors, so they will swap right into my rail, I was just wondering about aftermarket ones.

What Nissan/Infiniti cars had 370s from the factory?

This is a 2001 Sentra SE w/pp.

edit: Nevermind, got an answer from Michael.

However, I've been told that RR SR20DE injectors are side feed, he said top feed (and low impedance - sp?). He seemed to be in a hurry when he posted, so maybe he forgot which SR I have.

Which setup is on the 00-01 SE SR?

All nissan engines in the US now use side feed injectors and have for some time. The top feeds have a hose going right into the top of the injector versus the 2 screw cap on the tops of yours.

Awesome, thanks.

When did the changeover occur?

And do you know which engines use what? I'm specifically looking for 370s.

It gradually took place through the 90's. but anything built after oh 95 or 96 was side feed.
