It's a BBC program on racism at Polish and Ukranian soccer games. They make monkey sounds at black players, beat up dark-skinned fans (even if they're rooting for the home team), chant anti-semitic garbage, give nazi salutes, and spray racist graffiti around the stadiums and around town. The refs refuse to do anything. The police have done little. There's a small fine here, a minor arrest there, but that's only been recently because of Poland's anticipated adoption of the Euro.
Ukraine's excuse is that the nazi salutes are just enthusiastic fans "pointing" to the field. RIIIIGHT.

Poland and the Ukraine don't deserve to be Euro 2012 host nations until they clean up their acts. The spotlight is going to be on them soon, and the hooligans are going to embarrass the hell out of their countries.
