hey guys, after a long wait I finally built my engine. my goal is a daily driven 425whp car and also drag racing.

engine: SR20DET redtopCP pistons 8.5:1 86,5 overeagle rodsBC springs & retainer kitBC 264 camsmicrotech LT-8 EMS (need to upgrade to a LT-10)4X MSD blaster SS coilsHKS ssqv bovGT3076R turbocustom topmount manifold95lb injectors top feed conversiongreddy profec II ebchybrid intercooler 24x12x3 core & custom piping

we are still in the tuning processhere is a link to my dyno run & picshas you can see on the dyno graph it's too rough, but we're working on the tuning, we just need a little more time. get the ignition sorted out and lean out a bit cause we were running about 10.7 afr.so we'll be making well over the 400whp but 450 is more then enough for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cw-OcrhDiVM

well I hope to dyno soon again and keep you guys postedI will also go to the strip saturday and post my time.

wish me luck the 10 sec mark is close

btw when you post a link, you just post the URL, thats it. It automatically makes it a link. Other stuff you gotta use tags tho, as you well know.

Thats a pretty nice setup. What all did you have to do to get the MSD Blaster Coils to work?

Well first off I have a microtech LT-8 EMS, comes with its own harness.so out with the oem ecu and harness. it's just a straight forward installation. the EMS comes with it's 4x outputs for the ignitor just like the oem ecu and from the ignitor the wires go to the negative point of the coils.it's just like replacing your oem coils. only the oem coilpacks have 3 wires. pos- neg- and ground. you just elimenate the ground. and just a set of spark plug wires. that's itI don't know if it can be done with your oem ecu. never tried it

i'll be going to the dyno tommorow.. so i'll be posting the new numbers then

last pic was from last saturday. tested it at the track. 11.9sec ETcould've ran 11.7 but that was during a bracket race. I had to slam on the breaks cause I had a dial in of 11.99. slamming on the brakes my ET was 11.99 just like my dial in... so I could've lowered my ET.and the thing i like most... it's like i'm in a wrestling match with my steeringwheel so more reason for my ET to lower will be testing this weekend too
