Dual valve springs on a KA24E?

I went to go change my valve stem seals the other day and i hadn't really looked at the head very closely. Well, I compressed the springs, removed the retainers, and when i pulled the springs out I there were 2 of them. My question is, Do all KA24E engines have dual valve springs or am I a lucky fellow who got performance springs.
