might be a stupid question but it is possible to have dual exhaust and have a tip coming out infront of each back tire?

Possible? Yes.

Practical? Not really. Especially not on a 4-cylinder.

Legal? Almost certainly not.

In most jurisdictions, sidepipes are legal only on vehicles that originally came with sidepipes.

I have seen a few cars with ornamental (no exhaust actually flows through them) sidepipes, and the actual exhaust system is correctly muffled and terminates between the rear of the rear tires and the rear bumper, completely hidden. Kind of a waste if you ask me.
