You have the DE engine. It has only 1 intake.

the simple answer is a definite no, but if somehow, you were able to have a custom manifold and dual plenum fabricated, you COULD have a dual intake, but the basic design for that is not there. Just one.

This already exists and the setup comes with dual throttle bodies.

I believe there is another company that has done this as well, but couldn't find it quickly.

Look at thye dyno chart on that dual throttle body setup. It loses power more than it gains...just a few extra from 6200-6800. Probably not worth it. better to just polish the upper and lower plenum for air flow travel.

OP, why would you want to have a dual intake? Are you FI or just going for looks?

I didn't say it was a good thing. I just said, it exists. Also, just about all of the aftermarket plenum/manifolds only see gains with boost.

As for polishing the interiors. I'm on the fence about this. From a layman's perspective, this sound GREAT, from a fluid dynamics perspective, not so great.

I think port matching is universally agreed upon as a benefit, but polishing the plenum...only a flow bench will tell.

I wasn't saying that you thought it was a good thing. I was just pointing out for the $3000 you spend on that conversion you see very little gains...even on the forced induction vehicle they tested it on (which was the dyno chart).

I port matched my plenums and polished both the upper and lower plenum. The polishing makes a pretty big difference. I think I need to adjust my tune now because of it.

Ok. Sorry. Sounded like you were saying I thought it was a good idea.

For $3k, I'd do a lot more. Hell, a nice set of forged wheels will probably net you better handling, acceleration, and braking for that price.

I think that $3K spent in any way on the car would almost be more valuable than that dual intake. Doesn't have a lot of gain, just looks pretty.

You could do full intake/exhaust and pay someone to install them and net way more.

LOL... that cant be $3K in rhinestones...but that is a definite FAIL. Nobody who does rhinestones would be spending a lot of money. Its counter-intuitive. haha

BTW, thats the worst idea i've ever seen on a car
