What can one do to cover up the other holes from the 2nd bolt pattern on aftermarket wheels?

Don't know of anything, no one I've seen has ever covered them.

Possibly could find plastic caps, but they would be coming off.

Your best bet would be to try and find a set of NON dual pattern rims. But good luck, since the only reason we have so many rim options is because of all the 4x100 rims that come dual pattern.

I'm surprised the wheel manufacturer doesn't offer a cover.

If you're determined to do something with them you can get some ideas here....

Stuff Kleenex in them.

...or duct tape.

Seriously, there's nothing you really can (or should) do.

Those holes tell the world that you bought wheels that will fit a Honda AND a Nissan, so roll with pride, my friend.

You could always put some colored Vinyl behind it or even carbon fiber Vinyl?
