My 96 KA obd II car is throwing a 0706 code...I cannot find a corresponding code in the fsm or online. Does anyone know what this code means?

This car used to be an automatic, and is using a 95 obd II computer otherwise it is stock.

A quick google search came up with a transmission range sensor. The ecu doesnt know what gear the car is in. I would get a 5-speed ecu.
