dtc 45 is an injector leak, right?

Hey guys,I have a 93 240sx and the check engine light does not light with the car running but I am still able to flash a code 45. I replaced the injectors already, and it will still flash 45 after resetting. Maybe the injectors did not seat correctly? Any tips on how to install the fragile injector o-rings? I know to use engine oil before installing them.

Also I can hear a hissing out of my muffler at high end when I punch the accelerator. Is this normal? I do have about 160,000 and it is the original exhaust.

got the same code wich is only suppose to come out on California Models...

And mine is defenitly not a CA car... so I dont know - I just spend 50$ at dealership for all the orings and insulation involved with the injectors just to make sure the problem is fixed when I get to it....
