Need some help from the pros here....If i use DSM 450cc injectors would it be better or worse to use the new style "updated" dual spray pattern rather then single?

thanks in advance

Doesn't really matter, bro! As long as they fit and are of low impedance and you have something to tune them with.

I might go with the dual spray pattern ones. I don't know really. Ive got some 510cc/min injectors from an old EvoIII in my car and they seem to spray out more fuel than they are rated for. Mine use the single spray pattern. Maybe the dual pattern ones are more predictable?

If I had a 4 port CA18 then i would get the duel spray "black tops". Howevery, since the 8 port ca18 has the injector in one of the cylinder's 2 ports I got the single spray "blue tops"

I'm fairly sure only the earlier ones are low impedance. Granted, you can theoretically bypass the dropping resistor and use high impedance injectors... don't know if anyone has ?

Although I have never seen both, I am gonna say yes, yes those are the dual spray type.

are you 100% positive? because ive heard the Black top dual spray patterns were not low imp. Low imp. is older tech.

Yes - I should say 1st and 2nd gen turbo cars have low imp... I am not 100% sure about NT.
