DSM dude puttin down my 240

ok sorry for another boring..waste of space post but this kinda ticked me off....

...Friday night i was cruisin around with my buddy in his civic hb (i didnt feel like drivin) and a couple other friends with their bimmers. Anyways, we pulled up to a taco bell and ate and then came outside to the parking lot till some of our other friends showed up. We were all hangin out jus talkin to each other when this dude with an eclipse gs-t (all i could see was n1 exhaust, body kit that was fallin off in the front and back, and a LOUD *** BOV...it was real, not those fake things..and he might have had an intake but thats it, it wasnt very fast) pulls up with a few cars behind him. He gets out and asks my buddy about his civ and the bimmer guys about their cars, then he asks me if i had a car... i told him yeah... and he asks wat it was. So i told him...a 95 240sx. Then this dude says..."ohh man, im sorry"...and i reply 'ys that?'... THEN the dude tells me that 240's AND 300z's are for p****** and arent real cars... i was gettin pissed and my friends could see that (they like and respect 240s as well as 300z's)..anyways this dude just laughs that i have a 240 and does his lil rev then front wheel peelout as him and his friends tear away... the story kinda goes on but i dont want this to be any longer... we didnt chase him but i coulda decked him right then, but i didnt want to do that cuz thats just not me...unless some1 tries to hit me first. But, i found out where the dude lives...so yeah...may see him again... :squint

just tell him that your car has a drivetrain that doesn't break into a million pieces. CV's, tranmissions, Awd systems, they all have excellent tack records- for failure. Not to mention the damn crank walkin. I wouldn't buy one to save my soul from hell. Just my two cents on the prick and his dsm.

cant yet, he'd smoke me, i only have intake, exhaust, and POS slushbox... intake i got installed today, exhaust will be installed this weekend prolly...

RedRocket... i wish u and Ben woulda been there, and some of u other guys...he woulda sh*t his pants and his buddys probly woulda left him there by himself....

guys like that are a waste of space. The more **** they talk usually means the most ignorant they are. Ecspecially the part about 300zx's, my friend's tt would beat that guy like a red-headed stepchild.

It seems to me people either have no idea what my car is but think its fast, or have no idea what my car is and thinks its slow... The only people who KNOW are the fellow owners. If someone was talking crap on my car to my face there would be a reckoning indeed... it would have to be pretty bad though. Heres a tip if you know where the guy lives:1.take a bunch of "high power" lawn fertilizer over to his house late at night (better if its raining-ul see later)2.Arrange the fertilizer into letters on his lawn, nice and thick. i suggest the phrase "DSMS EAT AS.S"3.Wet it down somehow, either bring a couple gallons of water, stretch thier own hose over, whatever. 4.Watch to your enjoyment the next day as they attempt to remove the fertilizer, only to find nearly permanent (till the grass grows and they can cut it) letters. enjoy!

After only reading the topic sentence, and not the thread or any rpelies, here's my response:

The letters "DSM" are a sad a$$ sorry excuse for fools with 91 Lasers and Talons to put themselves in the same class as Lancers and brand new Eclipses. I don't give a damn what the engine bay says, you get out there and slap his face on the track dammit! The last time I took crap from a "DSM PRIDE" preacher, he ended up humiliated and foolish looking.I have friends that ride DSM's, and they're my boys. But the second someone starts up with "DSM PRIDE", it needs to be shut down. It's just like how I like alot of Honda's, but if someone came up in my face and started saying "HONDA PRIDE MAN, ALL HONDA'S ARE THE BEST AND YOUR CAR SUCKS CAUSE IT ISNT HONDA", I would smack him down too.

People that preach "DSM PRIDE" are the most frustrating people in this business if you ask me. I absolutely can't stand it. They think they are invincible because of those 3 letters, and all of them seem to think they're turbo experts, and they're never wrong about anything.

Car enthusiasm doesn't involve any prejudice. None at all. This is a concept unknown to the majority of DSM owners.

I post over at the dsm site sometimes, my car is a "dsm", but I dont call it that. Its a plymouth and it gets me where I can go til I can get me another car. Over half, maybe all except a few at the site are real a$$holes. But I for one dont go around and say my car can whip anyone or call other peoples car $hit when I know my car isnt better than theirs. I like chatting over here at this site and talk in the general and all b/c everyone over here is alot nicer than they are.(not saying that all are a*holes but majority are) My new year's resoulution is to pay off my Plymouth Laser RS and buy a Nissan. Thats like my goal for this coming year. I had to get me a car this past month or so b/c my old chevy was dying and mom was complaining b/c I drove her truck all the time. Basically I didnt have a car of my own. But I love my car I have now. As long as it runs, has a good radio, and heater for the winter I'm satisified. But I hate those guys that think they are better and all b/c they have a "dsm"and they think they are invincible by that.

Like I was told long ago, DSm is the company that makes the car, its not the make and model it is.

haha after the car show we put on.. we went cruzin and there was a looong convey of 240's probily a good 10 240s + some 300z's and others.. it was sweet.. and yeah what a ****er for talkin ****.. go **** his car up.. smash the windows out and rip the body kit off..

I only have two words for dsm owners: F U C K Y O U!!!!

DSM owners are some of the most retarted ***holes in the import scene, I think DSM and honda hold grudge matchs to see who can be the most arrogant dumba*s. It also proved his stupidity with a ****ty FWD "peelout"(I use that term loosly, since we all know using the Ebrake to "burnout" or "peelout" is gay!!)

Not to mention the fact he dissed a 300z, what a moron, I guess he is just pissed due to the fact Nissan holds a very good reputation unlike that sh*tty car his parents found on some junklot for him.

Someone needs to cut his balls off, we can't have a moron like this reproducing.

Those 200's (Silvia's?) look nice under the bonnet (hood) for sure but you won't be doing too much racing with those RHD beauties over here Stateside on the streets I assume

I've owned a couple of Mitsubishi cars - both were flawlessly reliable and no complaints at all. Both were relentlessly thrashed on German roads/autobahns too I may add at speeds well in excess of 100mph for hours on end.

I did one trip from Amsterdam, Holland to Bergen, Germany (50 miles North of Hannover) in 3 hours - have a look at the road atlas

I have also owned a Hyundai - cheaply built for sure but US$400 (250GBP) for a 6 year old car can't be beaten when you are a poor student and at University

It was very reliable and returned around 40mpg too. Got US$1200 for it after putting 33K miles on it too

In my opinion my favourite cars are Toyota and Nissan, we have also owned Mazda and Honda cars in our family (both utterly reliable) but my AE86 was a treat to drive

Hell enough reminiscing about all this - get out and smoke his *** next time - even although the DSM will probably blow you away - it's all about having fun.

:Werd and about ripping off his bodykit.... normal driving will take care of that...its bad enough that if he hit a pothole or bump hard enough, it would just bounce right off...probly exposing his neon and LED strobes....
