ok i was wondering will i be able to run 450cc injectors from a DSM with a Z32 MAF and an SAFC. On a sohc 240sx. I understand i will need to machine the fuel rail a bit . OK so the main problem is that safc can only correct by 50%. With the SAFC, will i be able to compensate for the Z32 MAF and have 50% of adjustability on top of that? Wat im sayn is if the Z32 mafs conversion require that the injector duty cycle is decreased by 40%, will i be unable to decrease the injector duty cycle by another 50% or will i be limited to 10%?

you can run this setup...i did for a couple a months... if you can get the tuning down you will be able to run safely. i ran pretty rich with the same thing but 550s..you will have some low rpm stumbles and stalling...unless you dynotune it. good luck-Niko

i've been wondering the same thing. i might be switching to an safc, z32, and 370cc injectors for now and later 555's. does the z32 maf lean out the injectors allowing you more room to trim with the safc? or with the z32 maf does it remain the same amount that you have to trim? i will be using a wideband if i go this route to get a decent tune then sometime get to a dyno.

The Z32 MAF shouldn't lean out the duty cycle by itself, it's simply capable of measuring a greater volume of air then the stock MAF. So your SAFC is still doing all the work for tuning.
