DS2 HID conversion on an s14 question

What car do i pull it off of? and the size is a H1 right? how good are those cheap ebay hid kits?

you get what you pay for. you can get a plug and play kit for your car. check out bosch or sylvania's website to find out what size bulb you need.

I got a 97 and my size is H1 ... I don't recommend ebay sometimes they sell cheap bulbs I bought one a long time ago when I had a crx and it went out in a day . So for my S14 I bought silverstars for 20 bucks a peice at any local auto shop and had em for 3 years now.

I know this topic is old, but in case you havn't done it yet, if you do just the hid kit on stock 240 projectors, it will look crappy because of the glare.I just did my the d2s hid conversion on my car with projector retrofit... http://www.frsport.com/s14-hid....html

was doing the retrofit hard? what projectors did you use? how much did it all cost you?
