DS power window inop and switch making noise

Power window for DS inop, switch making noise up/down. Replaced switch twice and fixed issue for awhile then back to the noise and inop window. Pass side works. Motor replaced 2 times by me, og motor seems to have been replaced by prior owner, still not working. video below of issue.

Is that noise coming from the switch or the door? If it's coming from the door, you probably have a shot regulator and not a shot motor. Excess current from a jammy regulator can kill the switches along with the motors, so your new switch may have gone south too.

Coming from the switch. The switch/motor gets power but it gives my test light a dim light.

Check the ground and power pins into the switch, especially the ground. Blackened female pins are easy to miss, and overheated ground pins are a fairly common issue.
