Drove my 89 on highway first time today, now idle problems...help

Well i just drove the car on the highway since i got it a few months ago, and now im hading idleing problems, it didnt even start a bit ago untill i gave it some gas to start... Do you think it could by dirty fuel injectors ? or give me suggestions if you can please, would be appreciated.

When you say idle problems, how so?

Is it idleing erratically, choking down, idleing too high, etc etc..

Pushed it pretty hard on the highway, and its idleing like...choking down, you can hear the engine going up and down in rpm's

Could be injectors. Before you go looking at that, check your Mass aif flow sensor harness. If those pins gets corroded you can run into wierd idleing problems. Doesn't quite explain the problem starting.

Think as simple as possible about it to start with. Starting problems are (mostly) either you're not getting fuel, or spark.

Check your spark plugs, wires and distributor as well.

Heck, you could have gotten a bad tank of gas. :(

I did fuel up that morning after being on empty....haha, im going to go complain to AMPM for bad gas and demand a refund, btw it ran perfecto before today

I dunno how far the bad gas thing will go though.I often go past 110mph on the highways, but I have BPU to support my removed governor.Check the injectors for sures though.
