dropping the rear subframe (z32)

Hi, first off I have searched this forum as well as google for a write up on how to remove the rear subframe and have had no luck.
now, I bought a wrecked 300zx (2+2) to use the engine and part out, One of my friends somehow screwed up his subframe and wants to buy mine.
Ive never really had to do anything like this so any advice or tips on removing it would be greatly appreciated.

disconnect all the brake lines, drive shaft, cv shafts, wheel knuckes, remove subframe bolts, just get under there you'll see
