89 fastback yadda yadda. I'm swapping everything over to my "drift" shell, was just wondering if it's possible or even common practice to drop the rear subframe as a whole or just piece by piece? I've already broken a ton of bolts and the rear subframe is easily the most cancerous on the car. Any help/advice/info is appreciated.

like rev said Whole thing comes down dude, Dont try taking it apart while its still in the car:eek that will be a mess. its only being held on my your shocks, 4 bolts from the unibody and the drive shaft to the diff, oh and of course your going to have to take your rear calipers off so that there no longer squeazing onto your rotors. Its not all that hard.

I just dropped mine last week for a donor sub frame since mine was damaged in a accident. ive been having hell of a time chisling out the sub frame bushing for my new poly's
