does anyone know how to make droopy eyes on an s13? are they street legal?

also, what are the laws on tints? if you park your car, can a cop write you a ticket if you have limo tints on your front side windows?

The answer to all your questions should be search butttttto make the eye effect you can buy pivot controllers or ghetto it and cut the wire. You might want to check your State Statutes in order to find your tint answer since every state is different.

like nkn said, pivot controller (about $70 new) or getto rig (about $5 bucks of accessories but you have to be good at timing if you time it).

It will only be "not legal" if you getto rig it where the headlights do not come up all the way (cutting wire/sensor to power motor or disconnecting). A cop could right you for broken/malfunctioning/ or improperly aimed headlights and it is a hazard on the road to drive like that.

Otherwise, you'll be fine.

Tint depends state to states. I believe it is like 5%-15% front windows in California now, or maybe even not at all. Of course, they don't usually pull you over unless you did something else wrong :).

search around, theres a thread on the ultra ghetto way which costs $0 and takes 30 seconds. abridged version follows: pop out your headlight toggle button on the left of your dash (above cruise control buttons). cut the brown wire. put the button back in. now, whenever you want sleepy lights, push the toggle button in ("up" setting), turn your headlights on and then off. now double-tap the button until the lights are where you want them.

as far as tint, i really dont think they can do anything unless you're driving.

find my way, its the best cheap way IMHO. it is not a hazard to drive with them sleepy at all, the lights are pointing directly into the bumper, it could only blind you if you are hugging the radiator.

so, just try and steer clear of the radiator huggers while you're driving with the sleepy lights. i know that sounds like a lot to ask, but you'd be sorry when you were looking at a ticket for radiator hugger blinding, my friend. not a pretty sight for the wallet.
