I'm gonna save you some hell from other members right now, yes it is bad.

If a turbo is blown it could be leaking oil, lowering the oil pressure, burining oil, causing oil coaking, spreading metal fragments, obviously lowering boost, sending contaminated air into the intake. I am sure there are more long term problems...

If you are driving with decent boost with blown turbos, congrats but STOP

Does it do the Motor Bad if the 2 turbos are Out and the car is driven?

Its Mine, Someone said the turbos are dead. Well the guy i bought it from said there blown, but he really didnt know much someone told him that thats what it was. When i drive the car the gauge goes from -14 to 0 what does that mean? Is it possible that a wire melted and thats why it doesnt work? Cuz theres a whole bunch of melted wires when i move them the car dies

ok the meltod wires is just scary.. get taht fixed right away, as for the boost gauge, it's monted in the firewayy and if the gauge is going from -14 to zero then it's working, and you'r either leaking boost pressure like mad or the turbo's are dead
